Take advantage of the 2010 Mass Save Stimulus Plan and receive a 50 percent increase in energy efficiency incentives for several Retrofit and New Construction applications.
Whether developing a new campus, constructing a building, undertaking a major renovation project, adding new or replacing failed equipment, don't let a tight budget force you to install standard-efficiency mechanical equipment or lighting fixtures and controls.
By consulting with NSTAR before the project begins, you can get:
- Rebates up to 90 percent of the incremental cost differential for comprehensive design.
- Rebates up to 75 percent of the incremental cost differential between standard base line and high-efficiency equipment.
- Cost sharing for engineering services.
- Commissioning services.
