Small Business High-Efficiency Heating Rebates

NSTAR Gas offers a number of mail-in rebates for customers who purchase and install high efficiency natural gas heating equipment up to 300,000 BTUs.

• $1,600 rebate for a Combined High-Efficiency Boiler and Water Heating Unit with an AFUE rating greater or equal to 90 percent and domestic hot water storage of 2 gallons or less.
• $1,000 rebate for a Combined High-Efficiency Boiler and Water Heating Unit with an AFUE rating greater or equal to 85 percent and domestic hot water storage of 2 gallons or less.
• $1,000 rebate for a Natural Gas Hot Water Boiler with an AFUE Rating greater or equal to 90 percent.
• $650 rebate for a Natural Gas Warm Air Furnace with Electronic Commutated Motor (ECM) and an AFUE Rating greater or equal to 94 percent.
• $500 rebate for a Natural Gas Hot Water Boiler with an AFUE Rating greater or equal to 85 percent.
• $500 rebate for a Condensing Natural Gas Water Heater with a thermal efficiency of 95 percent or greater.
• $500 rebate for a Natural Gas Warm Air Furnace with Electronic Commutated Motor (ECM) and an AFUE Rating greater or equal to 92 percent.
• $400 rebate for a Natural Gas Warm Air Furnace with an AFUE Rating greater or equal to 92 percent.
• $200 rebate for a Natural Gas Steam Boiler with and AFUE Rating greater or equal to 82 percent.
• $200 rebate for After Market Boiler Reset Controls connected to a natural gas boiler.

2. Mail the completed application along with a copy of the invoice for the equipment purchase and installation.

Upon verification of AFUE specifications noted above, a rebate check will be mailed to you. Rebates are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Program subject to change without notice.
