The length of your Budget Billing plan will vary depending on when you enroll.
- If you enroll during September, your budget plan will run for a full 12 months and your level payment amount will be determined based on your estimated annual energy costs for this period. Your final budget payment amount due in August will be equal to the outstanding balance on your account at that time.
- If you enroll in the Budget Billing Program after September, your budget plan will be in effect from your enrollment date through August, and your level payment amount will be determined based on your estimated annual energy costs for this period. Your final budget payment amount due in August will be equal to the outstanding balance on your account at that time.
NSTAR may periodically review your Budget Billing program and adjust your level payment amount based on your actual energy costs during the period.
