NSTAR workers are once again departing the Bay State to help restore power to those in need. This time, the crews are headed north to assist their fellow line workers from Central Maine Power as they work to address some 60,000 power outages that are a result of a spring snowstorm.
Twenty overhead line workers, two mechanics and three supervisors are departing Boston Thursday evening. The NSTAR workers will stay in Maine until their service is no longer needed.
